He has directed large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs, led complex organisational transitions, and designed governance structures and business models for novel ventures, including special purpose vehicles and not-for-profit commercialisation frameworks.
Cedric partners with organisations to turn ambitious ideas into workable strategies, combining scientific rigour, commercial pragmatism, and hands-on program delivery.
